- Time saved — 30%. Real hours back per week, measured against doing the job by hand.
- Support — 20%. How fast a real person answers when a guest is already at the door.
- Value — 15%. What you pay versus what you'd lose in missed nights and mistakes.
A tool is never scored on its marketing. If we couldn't run it on a real listing, it doesn't get a number.
